Users are complaining that they have been blocked. What’s happening?

Check your IP settings. You can control the number of sessions you allow from a single IP from the IP settings page, as well as investigating and unblocking individual IPs. 

The specific messaging regarding blocked IPss is controlled within the template, so you can modify this with a custom template.
