The room capacity is the number of users that can be held simultaneously in the waiting room. Once the number of waiting users exceeds this capacity, your waiting room is full.
Why do we specify a limit at all?
It’s the main way we decide how much to charge you, so that the customers with the biggest need pay the most. If you have more than one waiting room on your account, you need to decide how to divide up the capacity amongst your waiting rooms.
