Can waiting rooms be customised with our brand to create a more seamless experience for our customers?

Yes. All plans allow you to upload your logo, which will automatically be displayed in the default Waiting Room template. 

From the Standard plan up you can customise the Waiting Room templates, and use different templates for different Waiting Rooms.
